Little League Opening Day – Forest VA

We had a great time providing public address, MCing and DJing for the Forest Little League Opening Day ceremony. The weather forecast earlier in the week didn’t look good, but the rain held off… just long enough. It was great seeing all the players, parents and volunteers come together for this wonderful cause. We were told to save the date for them next year… so we must have done something right.

We are know for our wedding reception and private party DJ services, but we the knowhow and equipment for most public address needs…

Lynchburg Women's Show 2011

Women Shopping Official Entertainment was pleased to provide lighting and music/sound for the 2011 Lynchburg Women’s Show. The annual show took place on Saturday, March 12th at the Tolsma Indoor Track on the campus of Liberty University. The show’s producer, Capture.it Events, also puts on the Spring and Fall Lynchburg Bridal Expo, which we are excited about. This year’s spring show will be held on Sunday, March 27, 2011 from 12pm-4pm at the Schilling Center, also on the campus of Liberty University… and you will have the opportunity to meet with over 75 of the areas top wedding professionals, including Official Entertainment. For the second year, Official Entertainment was proud to be apart of the Lynchburg City Policemen’s Ball on January 22 2011. The ball was another great success… held at Tresca on 8th in downtown Lynchburg, transformed with lighting provided by Castle Event Lighting.

Lynchburg Bridal Expo Spring 2010

The Spring Lynchburg Bridal Expo took place on Sunday, March 14, 2010 at The Holiday Inn Select in Lynchburg from 12-5 pm. They featured over 70 of the areas finest wedding vendors, all ready to assist you with any of your wedding needs.
